Anna Protopapas, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, was lucky enough to acquire 368 shares on under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. So, what did she do? Right, she sold them immediately. She was lucky too (relatively seen) as she collected 12 USD per share. The selling of the shares took place under a stock trading plan. (For 368-shares types of transactions?). Despite selling these shares as soon as she could lay her hands on them, she additionally holds 153.063 shares directly as well as 4.979 shares in a 401(k) account.

So, why did she sell those 368 shares?
