10Q - mentions a class action trying to stop the deal claiming a breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders. Asking for equitable relief requires a strong showing, so they must think they have something concrete here. Could mean other buyers will have a chance to up the ante. Is it worth picking up shares at .94-.95 for a chance at this point perhaps for 1.20 or more?
