rising tide..so is the case w/ indians. scrtach the surface and indian story is horrible. indian bust and conseqent layoffs - which were unheard of in earlier protectionist indian economy- will ovewhelm 'em. besides, indians' should tax the neau veau big time to lift the 70% of the grotesquely poor there..or else, the country may simply not exist!
