To all – why with strong employment number on Friday did the USD fall?

Some tidbits from the report bls.gov

Civilian labor force dropped by 211,000 and employment by 250,000 in household data, but the establishment data of Nonfarm employment grew by 166,000, and more so, with the rise in employment weekly hours at ZERO did not even increase a bit – wow business hiring without asking it’s employees to put in some overtime?

Are the numbers not clear? Oh well the BLS has a secret weapon to adjust the numbers – all the people that were fired or otherwise lost their job recently, they started their own business – fascinating !! right ?

Well the secret lies in a hidden not much talked about Birth / Death Ration of the BLS bls.gov which numbers are readjusted in January and June report.

At a time that all the "Baboons" want the USD down they will find every trick in the book to do it – now every one dislikes the USD – may be, it is time to accumulate as we are closing in, into a stampede to sell the USD with a sharp reversal at least to the EUR and other carry trades as US imports will start falling due to weak retail sales and disappointing X-mass season (employment will fall in all high valued currency countries dragged by the slowdown in the US - no HELOC's anymore).

More so beware of the low US inflation numbers resulting form housing prices falling – sorry rent equivalent – to many empty houses – plenty for rental and rents are falling as are available good paying jobs. (remember in the CPI they exclude/ignore food and energy inflation)

Best of Luck

Haim
