Lets ease the tention on Insider Selling.

The report mention that begining of the 12week period insider holding decrease -63 percent, with the 24week period at -2 percent, Hmmmmm? What does this means?

Well, all new stock that were aquire at the begining of the 12week period, 63 percent of those shares were sold by insider(officers), but the aggregate of 24week, meaning all share acquired in the beginning period of 24weeks ago including this 12week period only represent -2 percent change in holdings. For example:

Assuming for the 24week aggregate holding of insiders were 1,000,000 shares. So -2 percent mean a decrease of only 20,000 shares for the 24week period. The first 12week insider holdings were 968,254 assuming there were no insider selling. At the beginning period of the second 12weeks insiders holding increased 31,746 inwhich 63% or 20,000 were sold leaving insider still holding 98% of there shares.

I hope this make sense and ease the worries. Remember there are 4mil short interest out there that could fuel a nice spike in the graph and base on the Technical Analysis we are heading for a short queeze. We need to establish a new support at $5-5.25 which will confirm a reversal but the more I look at the graph the more I feel something is forth comming to ignite short positions to cover, perhaps some news prior to the AHA meeting.
