gg, when a place is totally screwed up, a little input of the 3 main components of a solution, (money, technology and management.) results on a quick and big result.

Once the system is moves up the scale, you need to put more of those 3 inputs (more quantity and quality) of the 3 components- to get the same result.

It comes a point, such as in a highly developed country that no matter inputs you put into the system you get just a little tiny result.

Right now, they are at the very bottom. The Chinese and Lula know that at that very basic level, just a little of the components will me them up quite a bit.

In fact zero components and alleviating the burden of an old debt, already put them on the growth path.

No philanthropy here. Not like the coating the pills with some morality like the Europeans do.

Just plainly making a community of self-interest. Once they move up, you say there is more and then you move over to the next step. Only poor people understand poor people. Thus China and Brazil with the moolah are the ones that can move those guys up…
The US and Europe hav had their chance now it is our turn.
