re: Talk about rhetoric...as has been discussed here, even Hillary Clinton doesn't claim 47 million "Americans" don't have health insurance. According to the Census Bureau, the 47 million includes resident non-citizens and counts anyone without insurance at some time during the year, many of whom are already qualified for a government program but haven't applied.

"Many of whom are already qualified for a government program but haven't applied" - Do you have any idea how hard it is to get into a government program? Do you know about the cutbacks in the last 6 years? I have some second hand experience with this... people who are qualified are turned away or put on a two year waiting list. People with diabetes, other chronic stuff. It's dreadful. No treatment options.
