"Prior to Saddam's brutal rise to power there was a very strong likelyhood of democratic in Iraq" You claimed there was a "strong likelyhood [sic] of democratic in Iraq"- which one can only assume meant "democracy in Iraq" or a "democratic Iraq". Nothing, imo, could be further from the truth. If you now think that your statement above might have been a mistake, then we agree.
