One of the factors whose play I can't quite fathom or predict is the lack of FHA protection for "jumbo" loans.

It seems to me that more expensive houses will lose more value than less expensive houses due to greater inability to get loans.

Put another way, cheaper houses will retain more value, relatively speaking. JMHO.
