PS- I enjoyed our talk last night. People some times confuse my demands for evidence with personal insult, or some sort of personal attack, and they are nothing of the kind. I always appreciate it when people can separate a search for facts and supporting data, from the sort of zero value added personal stuff that goes on around SI sometimes, and which I find completely pointless. I really enjoyed our talk last night. Hope you did too. Aggressive arguing does not need to slip in to insult- and while I disagreed with you, I hope you never felt insulted, because I never wanted (or meant) to insult you. We agree on many things, but last night we found one small area of disagreement.
