The way the site works now, a moderator can't pre-ban. When the new system was brought into place, all pre-bans were found and removed by a special script Admin wrote for the purpose. Any pre-bans n existence NOW were with the help and knowledge of Admin which could do such- -but only Admin could do it. If certain knowkedge exists of pre-bans, bring it forth and let's put Admin's feet to the fire. I'll do it myself. It was Admin's own policy; it is hypocritical of them not to follow it. Dale's ignore's have been doubled to 62. Good work. GO TEAM!
