People say all sorts of strange things. Oil prices are high for many reasons including the dollar is falling off a cliff plus speculators plus Iran seems to rattle their nuke sabers every time price wants to go down. Hell, I'd do the same thing if I was Iran... make a ton of noise about anything that scares people speculating into paying more for my product...
