Believe it or not, I use a can of fat free chicken broth and add water to that to get the 2 or 2.5 cups of "water" that goes in the bottom of the pressure cooker. This last time I added a package of onion soup, which ends up in the gravy. I have to say this was one of my best efforts. I just love my pressure cooker as it's so fast and makes even pretty cheap cuts of meat so tender it just falls apart.

I was thinking the last time I used the cooker, I've had it about 6 years and have never cooked anything in it but pork and beef roasts. Nearly the same ingredients every time. Delicious food.
