I might have mentioned this before, but with the pressure cooker....make PorkyPine Meatballs (grin) Ground beef, chopped onions, spices you like, egg if you want, add about 1/2 cup of dry rice to each pound of meat.... make meatballs... I cook them with a can of tomato sauce over them....serve with a green salad, and sour dough bread... It's really good....I have to bake mine now covered, as the pressure cooker is long gone, but results are the same....Nummy!
