Argh, Weimar was not nazi, and hyperinflation in Germany happened 10 years prior to fascism. I agree, all paper currencies eventually go to zero, some faster than others. The dollar might temporarily slow down its descent to zero at some point, causing it to become more valuable than other paper. -ggg-
