The Fed should not cut again and should drain liquidity out of the system. That said they will cut and it will come before the next meeting. Bernanke is easy to read, he wants to be the hero that saved the world from the next Great Depression (that only he sees). Years from now he will be defending the runaway inflation he created by claiming it was the less of two evils. Ignore the data and play the man.
