I may have solved my single meal veggie problem. I buy fresh veggies and have to toss half of it before I can eat it. Birdseye has come out with single serving packages of several different veggies. You toss a small bag in the microwave and it comes out as if they had been steamed on the stove. Cheap, too. I paid $2.38 for a package of 4 servings at Wal Mart. That's less than 60 cents a serving.

I got my favorite this morning... baby Brussels Sprouts. I'll smother those little guys in butter and cheese... can't wait.
