Yeah - Richardson did it all by himself, not at the request of the Bush administration - all partisan politics as usual from you.

The partisan politics started with you when you failed to mention Richardson's name while high fiving with Steve over the dismantling of NK's nukes.

And again, Bush was forced into negotiating........and only managed to bring conditions back to where they were under Clinton, a Dem.
