I was thinking about the timing of this lawsuit in relation to the earnings release date. It doesn't make sense to me that SUNW would choose this time to take on a percieved software giant, MSFT, if it knew it would miss earnings. The lawsuit has done some damage to the price in the last few days. Maybe SUNW predicted this would happen & timed it so that good earnings would help it recover. Does this work for anybody else?
