SkyLink expands EV-DO roaming telegeography.com The Russian CDMA-450 operator SkyLink has launched bi-lateral EV-DO data roaming between its network in Moscow and three of its regional operations. Roaming is now available over its networks in Novosibirsk, Ijevsk and Tver, bringing to 15 the total number of regions accessible by Moscow-based EV-DO users, CNews reports. Basic CDMA voice roaming services are available to SkyLink users across all 32 of its regional networks in Russia, plus three neighbouring countries. SkyLink, which claims around 440,000 CDMA-450 subscribers, has recently won GSM-900/1800 concessions which it intends to use to widen its service offering.
