Who 'they'?

Remember --- couple of countries that I can think of off the cuff have extremely top heavy demographics. Way 'vertical column' looking population dispersions when sliced into age cohorts. Very much OVER-weight in the older groups and UNDER-weight in the younger which provide most of the future growth for economies. HENCE: very low growth is projected for their economies, lower wealth accumulations. Japan is one example, Italy is another (believe they are actually below-replacement level... meaning their population will decline). Germany is on that list, as are many other European countries.
