The possibilities are mind boggling. I imagine there would be standard price list with health and age of the donor playing a large part.

They could set up an E-bay type auction.

Prospective donors could hire agents to market their organs. You could have donors under contract and free agent donors.

You could have celebrity donors. For instance I wonder what people would pay for say A-Rod's kidney? Or Lindsay Lohan's?

Imagine the prestige value at cocktail parties-I paid 8 million for Brad Pitt's kidney.

Imagine the headlines in the New York Post.
