Do Canadian miners "hedge their future revenue to the Canadian dollar"?.

I suppose that means they would buy Canadian dollar futures in like amount to (a portion of ) their expected US dollar revenue.... If the C$ goes up so does the futures they bought.

Upon reflection, it seems to me that is a standard practise, isn't it ?
