here it is mid morning and 28 of 54 issues have not crossed 35K in volume....wanna know why?

Unless you've been looking at these numbers for as long as I have, it would'nt mean much, but I can attest to the fact that in a market where fundamentals are wholly discounted and the Artifact of price is elevated to the prevailing measure of any given day month or quarter....price ultimately succumbs to volume. But my friends, volume is never what it appears, it must be characterized by category of ownership and intent.
