That doesn't mean he's always right. If highly educated and/or honored people can't be wrong, than how can Sachs criticize Hayek, when Hayek won the Nobel price for economics?

Tim, have you been to Stockholm, Copehagen, Oslo, Berlin? There may not be as many mansions as there are in the US but those cities are far more attractive, clean and free of homeless people than American cities. The US's income distribution skews more like a third world country.
