The SEC is not helping and I think that is the point. The SEC help desk can only comment on rules but can't comment on any process or company under review or Mr W or X will get fired. "We do not comment on specific registration statements under review" I am not even sure if TDON is still under review or he is just not willing to make specific statements in general.
