Evidence: Patriot Act, detentions without trial of US citizens, wiretaps without warrants, secret courts, FBI demands for bookstore customer names, torture, rule by executive decree and signing statements, Dept. of Homeland Security, renditions of suspects to foreign entities, wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, dollar into the toilet, Rudy Giuliani -- the list goes on. I say the guy in the cave is winning so far.
