i remember her, jim and herb as journalists being subpoenaed by the san francisco sec and the clout they had to have the washington sec over ride those subpoenas. i also remember herb writing the subpoenas were demands for unpublished communications about 5 stocks and 5 sources. according to herb one of the stocks was ostk, and one of the sources gradient. jim wrote bs on his subpoena on tv for all to see! lma(zz)o is that award winning stuff?
