Ultracom is a spinoff from orctf.As ,Tamir, orctf president,once said: since we have the technology for cable modems why not explore it in case it will come out as a big business.After 2 rounds of financing orctf has 25% and the owners, Tamir and Panet, have also personal stakes.The first round it valued 8M$ and now with France Telecom much more.Mofet invested 750k$ in the first round.I dont know about the second.
