"What for? Musharraf already knows Bush's position, and this is what Condi is doing..." Nothing conveys displeasure like one chief executive talking directly, and forcefully, to another.....Sorry, but Condi carrying the message is not the same thing. Not at all. It is a significantly different level of concern and outrage, having your message carried by another. True ever since we created the ability to have chiefs speak directly to each other. Maybe Musharraf wouln't take Bush's call....<vbg>.
