This chart says the money center's bank issues will be
positively resolved, unless that line breaks. I can't guarantee
years, but it could be at least a month or two -g- Naturally,
if and when it breaks, these issues will become more real than
they are now, as the line will become a strong resistance, and
the next set of lines is around 2002-2003 lows -g-
