I dont think the pro-pal revisionism leads to holocaust denial in the west.

Sure it does mike. After all, the pals are already denying the Holocaust as a matter of routine (Abu Mazen wrote his thesis denying the Holocaust). For the pals, the narrative is the party line and the party line is the narrative. The more the Euros adopt the pro-pal revisionism, the more they will follow them where they lead.

I dont believe the roots of this is anti-semitism but anti-colonialism and imperialism with the US and Israel being deemed the current members of the hall of shame.

Ah, but what is making little Israel, and not say China in Tibet, the one "colonial" power they are really passionate about? The Euros have nothing at state, emotionally, regarding the behavior of China. But the Jews - well, let's just say that Europe has some history there that they'd sooner forget. And if the Israelis are now the bad guys, they can forget it all with a clean conscience. Problem solved!

You don't think this has anything to do with anti-semitism? There we differ.
