"I guess you consider me neutral these days..." Not even close. "Show me one example of when he raised cash then gave buy instructions where he didn't use the cash raised to buy it and I'll be happy to do the numbers for you." Is that carefully crafted argument for excluding some of his recommendations from consideration an example of your neutrality?
