Resistance goes down with age. 3 consequences of bolts of flu:

1) they occur more often.

2) They take longer to recover

3) They beats you harder than before

Little coconut brings home all kinds of virus and as often as possible from lots of under 5 years old kids who didn’t develop resistance.

Worse, there's nothing you can do about. Although getting Asians to make the bloody cold air conditioning a bit less cold would help a lot

While the teas and stuff would suffice to make you recover when you were younger, now we need stronger countermeasures.

I am not typical example because I could donate my body for trying flu drugs on it owing to the fact that I have got flu strains from:

Asia, South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East ad Africa.

But I used to have one once a year until I was 43.

After that the Asian strains started getting me four times a year. Colder air conditioning most of the time the culprit.

I consider myself lucky with two bolts a year.
