Here is my summary of the DGLY Q3 conference call:

1. They are pursuing an improved listing. They will go for AMEX or Nasdaq. I'm a bit confused on which one they prefer. Originally I thought they were going for AMEX but then I heard some comments that implied that they were possibly going to Nasdaq. I need to listen again.

2. They are working on new products including:
a. A product for school bus and mas transit applications. This will go into production in Q2. They alluded to new features in this product that are not available from competitors. They didn't want to disclose the new features at this time for competitive reasons.
b. A retrofit of their rear-view mirror product for motorcycles. This will go into production in Q1. This is mainly a mechanical retrofit.

3. They have continued to expand capacity. At the beginning of the year their production facilities were 5,000 sq. ft. and have been increased to 18,000 sq. ft. They currently have increased capacity for the DVM to 750 units/month. Somewhere in Q1 they will have capacity of 1,000 units/month. By the end of the year they will have capacity for flashlight manufacturing of 500 units/month. In Q1 flashlight manufacturing capacity will be roughly 1K units/month.

4. They made comments that they are looking for a very strong fourth quarter.

5. They are expecting a big impact from flashlight sales in Q1.

6. They brought on 2 additional sales reps. They are balancing the addition of sales reps with the production ramp.

7. They have interest in military applications. They stated that they will not be in a position to use the John Ashcroft connection until Q3 as they have their hands full with their current initiatives. They talked about the fact that this could be for some huge order quantity that they are not in a position to fulfill at this time.

8. They obtained well over 600 leads at the IACP conference in October.

9. They have doubled at least their R&D staff in the last 90 days. They might have actually doubled their entire staff in the last 90 days. I need to listen to the CC again to clarify.

10. The price of the flashlight is $1595. GM for the flashlight is roughly the same as that of the rear-view mirror.

11. Their growth has been both two new customers and to repeat customers. They really liked the questions in this regard and plan to try to incorporate statistics on this into future press releases.

12. They have a backlog going into Q4. This is due to receipt of some components being delayed.

13. They think that further upside in GM is possible.

14. There were at least 6 institutional callers that asked questions!

I think this stock has excellent chances at being a $20 stock sometime next year! Stay tuned!

Mike
