tooearly, You are prescient. This is majorly bearish for the general markets that all the king's horses and men could not hold the line. Usually what is historically required for complete decoupling of XAU/HUI and SPX is for SPX to go down hard, XAU/HUI to follow it down at first and then go the other way. I would expect XAU/HUI to take 3 days putting in a turnaround bottom whenever that happens, so have sold down to 72% PMs (from 84% earlier today), which is all juniors. Some juniors may go their own way through all this and some will not. Regardless, I feel the need to hedge my bet just now. vt
