Doug, Xcentia did a JV with Mxam and agreed to do all work necessary to succeed on the fly ash, This they failed to do . The way it stands at this time is IF Xcentia doesn't begin working on the flyash again soon the JV is off and everything returns to Mxam. The PR'S wee all about what Xcentia was planning to do and NOT ABOUT MXAM. John
