I typically have to wait in line behind 3-4 cars to buy gas at Costco -- usually 10-20 cents cheaper than any other gas in the area... Costco has 8 lanes for gas pumps and lately all of them have had 3-4 cars in line waiting to fill up... this is 45 miles north of San Diego... gas was 2.95 10 days ago... now 3.20... But your point is still a good one... nobody's run out of gas yet... yet... Jim
