­­­Aaaaawwlll right!!! What you told me by email--that the internet aspect and this thread are covered in the book--is true, pages 227-231. I confess I got both busy and bored and put it down about page 100. As time and BC Hydro permit (big wind here today) I'll type some in, here's a taste;
