Well all I can say is that in the early days of Cisco the PE was outrageous and I bought it after I understood what was going on. The solar area is more frothy but the growth potential looks even greater. Right now this stuff is overpriced but the orders are coming in. If oil drops or there is any company specific problems they will be taken out to the wood shed, even the ones that are executing well.

I would buy on a pull-back. But.... If oil goes to $125 this winter (which I believe is possible if we have a cold winter in the northern hemisphere) then PV prices will just continue to rise along with other alternative stuff such as wind power. Wind power is now a pretty mature technology and scales very easily at this point.

I'm just crossing my fingers that we have a warm winter.
