Will it? The problem with all of the proposals from the Dems is that they involve leaving the private insurance companies standing, and they're the main problem.

In theory, a single-payer health care system wouldn't need a lot of additional funding; we'd save so much by eliminating the middleman. Although, as I said, Hillarycare doesn't propose that.
