Denis I remember you from 1999 when you posted on ULBI, you were very informative and kept a list of URL on battery news. Bet you gave up doing that because today you would have about a hundred news articles every day.

I was an investor in LTC then, and still am, I made a lot of money during their run up in 2000, kept most of it, reinvest again in 2000 because of their intent to merge into Ilion.

Bad move that investment is down over 90% due to their creative financing and reverse split which is probable why they have to restate their financials dating back to Jan 2004.

Today I believe with Cade and his gang gone they are looking a lot better they have a lot of irons in the fire with some big players and their starting to act like a legitimate company. I added to my losing position in Apr 2006 when the stock went to a penny a share, my average share price is around .04 cents. Best thing I could have done my portfolio is way up and I believe I’m at the bottom of a very big hill.

When the financial come out I believe major news will follow. I don’t know how well you follow this stock but right now they announced they will be building two maybe three LARGE manufacturing plants. My logic is they are not stupid to build manufacturing plants hoping to get orders; they have to have solid backing and orders to make this type of investment.
