I was flying around W Vrg, practicing 'pis*ing from a helicopter', in 1967 & could not help but notice the devastation I was pis*ing on.

out in the land of scarce water resources, Idaho, the current political scenario is water rights. the Snake River is 'totaled' with rights demanded from downstream users.
& now the Panhandle is being addressed since the State of Washington is much more politically involved with their share of water that originates to the east.
(I have to file water rights on my private well, of which, in my opinion is good.
there may not be much left for the natural resource industries much less golf courses).
