TJ, have you thought of walking, which is a natural way of mobility, is pleasant, and one experiences things? People cooped up in vehicles is an unnatural state, especially in a traffic jam with limited parking. Look at their faces from the footpath and you will notice almost no happy faces stuck in their vehicles.

If it rains, get a taxi, bus, train, wear a raincoat and hat, or hold up an umbrella, or simply enjoy the warm rain of Hong Kong, preferably with bare feet.
