The buck stops with personal responsibility for non-avarice investing, i.e., the individual shareholder, banker, analyst, underwriter.

I did the best I could with t' BRE-X and laboratory information I had. I don't see that my CEO is guilty of anything except picking the wrong people to do the physical work.

For example, in part of my business life responsibilities, my job is marketing certain products others have decided should be a part of our product line mix. I don't pick the products and I don't price 'em. I write the ad copy. Therefore, how much responsibility is mine if company sales are low during the Qtr?

I have to trust in someone--->the buyers.
They have to trust in someone--->me the marketing "expert."(grin)
The public has to trust in someone--->the shipping/fullfillment dept.

I'm not operating from the perspective of blind loyalty as you suggest---> it's business, i.e., capitalism at its finest.

So, Solomon-marcos, cut up t'baby.
