edited due to Wane's clarification of how he used the term "idiots" that i just read. i wouldn't call those who run government idiots, though. they are very sophisticated business people who realized that bilking the public was the most efficient use of their time. isn't capitalism* grand? *yes, our system is the best system to date, but it has so many faults, it makes san andreas quiver in fear. no human government can succeed long term. the selfishness of the powerful will find a way to destroy it. look around and see if this isn't what is happening at every level of government.
