do you know the background? if not... currently there is litigation going on between them on 6% royalty payments for the 777 mine. not resolved. this is the first payment going forward but there is about 30-300million (depending on who you talk to) historically outstanding. they already have a net 2% royalty payment some 500k per quarter, so this is additional revenue stream for this explorer. the case continues but suspect this some sort of act to placate. anyway - the news came out about 5 minutes before the close - check out the day chart. we'll see.
