Thanks for the CHIR/HYSQ post.

I heard that Affymetrix has produced an experimental chip with 1.2 million features on it...and I understand that this number of features would allow sequencing to be done on reasonably large pieces of DNA.

I thnk its time for me to develop a little more info on Hyseq and find out if it can prosper along with affx and synteni....
