"It's time for a new beginning, for an end to government of the few, by the few, and for the few ... And to replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity." is incomplete but again the meaning is changed much when you provide the full context. Drop the ... and put the words back in and you get "It's time for a new beginning, for an end to government of the few, by the few and for the few, time to reject the idea of an "on your own" society and to replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity.", which means pretty much the same thing. The same thing holds for some of the other statements. Putting them in context might make them a slightly milder statement but their still all about expanding government control.
