To Dan,Adamas Resources Corp - PR agreement Adamas Resources Corp AMS Shares issued 7617989 1997-10-08 close $0.24 Thursday Oct 9 1997 Mr Stephen Doppler reports The company has entered into an investor relations contract with Marie Antoinette Shields. Ms Shields is a corporate communications specialist with over ten years experience with publicly traded emerging resource companies. She is also a principal in MAS Capital Limited. Neither Ms Shields nor MAS hold any stock in the company. The agreement is for one year commencing October 9 1997 and may be terminated by either party on 30 days written notice or by the company at any time for just cause.
